Used to be good but ever since Leo was hired the service has been horrible. Other reviewers speculate that he doesn't like people that don't speak spanish, I just think his communication and customer service skills are lacking. The whole place is pretty disorganized. Either way, I won't be back. Benzer Pharmacy is close and actually acts like they care about their customers.
Idel Pharmacy is the only pharmacy that I use in Tampa. My medications are always timely ready for me to pick up. The staff is always outstanding and courteous . The pharmacist is very helpful when it comes to discussing my medical concerns and any medical problems that I might have. I highly recommend Idel for all your prescription needs.
