Loved these products, but after ordering something in the end of April 2026, I can't get ahold of ANYONE to even CANCEL the order, or at least change the status from "MANUAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED"
I purchased two products from their website. Don’t ask me. It must be a miracle that I was able to purchase things because I’m in no way able to contact them. I can’t log into my account anymore and nobody answers the phone. I am completely aggravated. I need to exchange the products I purchased and I can get in touch with anyone.
