I placed an order through the website for twenty of the same item. Then I got an email canceling the order saying that my order doesn’t meet the minimum required. The website doesn’t mention a minimum and in fact shows gradual pricing for as few as one item. I replied and asked what the minimum amount is. No response. Emailed again the next day. No response. I give up.

Would give zero stars if that was possible. Complete lack of communication by this company -- glad that I didn't do a full order with them. Ordered a sample of an item that we were going to potentially order hundreds of for an event. Order went through, got confirmation, CC charged, then a couple of weeks later, my CC shows a refund. There was ZERO communication from the company about the order being canceled or why it was being canceled. Why offer samples if you're not going to provide them? Will definitely be shopping here again for my pens good quality and Brianna was very helpful and helped me navigate the website when needed. She answered all the questions I had and was very sweet during the whole Process She definitely made my experience amazing and I will be ordering from her again soon. Everyone was very helpful after the order was completed as well.
