I began coming to Anytime Fitness over a year ago with “hip issues”. I was looking for other alternatives other than shots. I was assigned exercises that I followed thru on. And I saw improvement almost immediately which encouraged me to continue. I just came back from a trip that required flights of over 10 hours. I’m not stiff and no pain in hip!!! Climbing stairs are no problems! I’m ready for another trip this fall to celebrate turning 70!
Rachel put together strength training workouts for me. They were tailored specifically to my ability and helped me gain strength and confidence.
Dr. Rachel is very knowledgeable and an amazing person, she truly cares about you. I went to 3 different physical therapists before I went to her and I was about to give up but she fixed me and now I can move pain free. Hopefully I never have to go through physical therapy again but if I do I know exactly where I’m going.
Dr. Rachel was wonderful with my husband who had dementia. She treated him with dignity and was very compassionate towards me when he left for heaven. Years of caring for him took it's toll on my neck. She helped me regain my athletic abilities, renewing my strength and stamina. Not to mention emotional balance. She is an amazing human being.
