Dr. Rachel is brilliant, caring, and empathetic. I highly recommend IdealFit Physical Therapy to anyone who needs a physical therapist who listens and responds to the individual's needs.
I loved the Fit for Life class at Ideal Fit. I had not ever participated in a fitness class with strength training before. It was difficult but they closely monitored my progress and helped me build strength over time. Rachel and Madelyn were great coaches and always made the class fun. My confidence was also boosted as I saw that I could do it! Thank you Rachel and Madelyn!
