Great customer service from desk to the mechanics
Very professional, they take time to make sure the customer feels comfortable. Took care of my truck, made sure I was equipped with the right information. Kerri Sparkman and her team are awesome people
Trash! As an employee of a local company whose job depends on our truck being operational, this was a frustrating experience. The vehicle was held for weeks with little to no communication. Interactions with Kerri, Keith, and especially Lindsay reflected poor customer service and inconsistent information, including multiple changing estimates that felt like overcharging rather than problem-solving.
