Salesman Mike B, just posted this comment on a video from instagram regarding a customer exercising his right to negotiate and not be afraid to walk away from a car deal. His comment was this: “I LOVE customers like this. I let em sit for 7 hours waiting for their deal and then tell them I'm so sorry I couldn't do it” STAY AWAY.
