This company is dishonest and will rip you off. Idealair were quick to attend the issue and even quicker to diagnose my heating unit needed to be replaced. They then quoted an excessive amount for the job. Some simple enquires revealed that the cost of the replacement unit was only half of the quoted price ($2000 gas heater vs $4000 quote). When I asked for a quote breakdown the technician smugly said 'they don't provide cost breakdowns'. If you have an old air conditioner beware, do not get this company to look at your system. I had them come out and charge me $350 only to tell me they cannot fix the unit because it's too old. The next company I called were able to fix the unit without any issues. This company then had the nerve to follow up on a $15k quote they sent me.
Over priced and disorganized.
Total rip off. Were here for 20 minutes. Cleaned some dust and left then refused to supply me with a certificate stating they had serviced the heater. Seriously would never use them again
