I had fallen down the stairs and thought I was ok. A few days later it became obvious that I wasn't. Pain in my arm, elbow, neck, I had tingling, numbness, I was dropping things. Joy was set up at Jonathan Dickinson State Park at an event and I took the opportunity for sample massage. After about 5 minutes of attention on my neck, something popped back into place. Had my very 1st massage ever from Joy about 20 years ago. It was amazing! Over the years I've had massages in Vegas, joy on cruis massage therapies Joy! and from other massage therapists in Charlotte. NEVER has anyone come anywhere close to being as amazing as Joy

Amazing! I have had a quite a few massage therapists in my life! My career in dentistry is physically taxing. I also have a chronic illness called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. If you haven’t heard of this, please look it up. Awareness makes a difference. Joy is knowledgeable about the bodies functions and how everything works together to make us whole. Joy in an angel in my life! She makes it possible for go through life with A LOT more comfort! Ideal Wellness is the best decision you can ever make!
I am a trainer, Spartan racer, constant workout person and it was important to have a good massage. Joy always did a great job and helped me recover from all my intense workouts/events.
