I started the program 4 weeks ago...I've followed it strictly and am happy to say I've lost 18.2 pounds and approximately 10 inches. The coaches are so knowledgeable and helpful and positive. If anyone has reached the point where they're unhappy with how they look or feel and are ready to do something about it this is the place to go!

A life-changing success for me and Ideal helped jump start fifty more years to my life with the right way to eat. The staff is supportive and their videos every morning keep me focused on putting food into perspective. Eat to live, not live to eat.

It's amazing how good I feel! I have more energy, and I'm able to move better which motivates me more to stay active. I have also noticed a difference in my skin. I don't have the skin tags all over that I used to. That's good for the self esteem.
