It's not easy, but their amazing coaches do a great job keeping your eye on the prize and most importantly, IT WORKS!!! If you are motivated by quick success and are truly wanting to reshape your old habits for a healthier lifestyle, this diet is for you. The support group and cookbook are game changers.
