I started using Ideal Protein on 3/23 and so far lost 27 lbs. The flavors/snacks provided through the program are good and I like them. If you truly stay dedicated you will see results. Realistically, you will have setbacks and challenges of wanting to go back to your old eating habits and its okay to have some setbacks as long as you get back up and keep moving forward. My Ideal Protein coach is really good at keeping me accountable about staying on track. I recommend this program for people who seriously want a change.
