First, it is a pleasure to work with Vania! I have been dealing with medical issues for awhile that certainly contributed to my weight gain and overall just not feeling well. Ideal Protein has been the ONLY program that has helped (down 40 lbs) but has also taken away my fibromyalgia symptoms. Everyone is different but I was giving up hope of ever feeling good again.
