In 2017 we turned from Culligan to Idealwater of Wappingers Falls and we couldn’t be happier. Not only has the system worked cost free for the whole time(except a small amount for salt) but the two times I needed help they were able to talk me through the problem. This morning at 6am my water tasted salty, I called after I couldn’t correct the problem and got a return call the company at 8am. After 15 minutes the problem was solved and the water back to its prime. We highly recommend Idealwater.
Will and his team performed an excellent UV water filtration system installation for our house. He is very knowledgeable, a true professional, answered all our questions, and explained every detail of the installation and sanitization of our house water lines. He is truly sincere when he says 'if you have any questions going forward, don't hesitate to ask' - we did, and he responded the same day! We are very impressed and pleased with the work he and his team performed. We highly recommend Will and his company Ideal Water.
William Zykoff and Xavier are just an amazing people. They are very professional and knowledgeable. These people helped me in 400 building multiple times. The service is quick and great. Superior service! Over the years Will has patiently answered all my questions. He provides options and makes practical and cost conscious recommendations. He won't hang up the phone until he is sure the customer is satisfied.
Will Zykoff is the BEST!!! After failing several well water bacteria tests, Will looked at my UV system (which was installed from another company) and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it to get a clean water test result. After he completed his work, sure enough, I got a clean bacteria-free result and was able to close on my house that I was selling.
