Ideal Water has to be one of my favorite businesses in the Hudson Valley. We had the team install an RO and injection system and were so glad we went with them. They are incredibly professional, attentive and you know you’re getting your money’s worth. I’d highly recommend Will and his team for any water treatment needs.
Excellent service
In 2017 we turned from Culligan to Idealwater of Wappingers Falls and we couldn’t be happier. Not only has the system worked cost free for the whole time(except a small amount for salt) but the two times I needed help they were able to talk me through the problem. This morning at 6am my water tasted salty, I called after I couldn’t correct the problem and got a return call the company at 8am. After 15 minutes the problem was solved and the water back to its prime. We highly recommend Idealwater.
Will and his team performed an excellent UV water filtration system installation for our house. He is very knowledgeable, a true professional, answered all our questions, and explained every detail of the installation and sanitization of our house water lines. He is truly sincere when he says 'if you have any questions going forward, don't hesitate to ask' - we did, and he responded the same day! We are very impressed and pleased with the work he and his team performed. We highly recommend Will and his company Ideal Water.
