First I had FOLKES come and check my water softener. They told me it was no good and I had to replace the whole system for $5400. I then called ideal water and they told me there was nothing wrong with my water softener And only charged me $135 to come and test my water. He said there was nothing wrong with my softener and it is in perfect condition. Thank you so much ideal. You saved me a lot of money.
It was a pleasure dealing with the company and their representative. He was efficient and answered any questions I had. Very happy with the service I received.
Ideal Water has to be one of my favorite businesses in the Hudson Valley. We had the team install an RO and injection system and were so glad we went with them.
