The glasses are wonderful don’t get me wrong and so is the actual eye doctor however when it comes to customer service these folk do not have a care in the world they never answer their phones they lock doors and put up a sign that says when they will be back at odd times of the day . It was a beautiful eye exam experience - the cute office is really clean and the optometrist and the assistant are super nice and helpful.
Community healthcare doctors are vital. I hadn’t seen Dr To for a few years but she was easily accessible and very welcoming. She identified a contributing cause to my headaches, provided a doctor referral to a specialist and went above and beyond by responding to numerous post-procedural requests. had an eye exam with Dr. To, who was very thorough and explained each step clearly. The clinic was clean and well-equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in the diagnosis. The appointment was on time, and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, a highly professional and pleasant experience! 10/10
