Horrible service. Gave an incomplete quote and then blamed me for the miscommunication. After 3+ months, they never even finished the backsplash.
Ideal tile of philadelphia did our kitchen backsplash and we are very happy. The store has so many tiles to choose from. Joanna and Ray are very knowledgeable about tiles and design, they helped us pick the right tile for the job. They were very prompt on time for the installation and finished the job in timely manner. Overall, we are very happy with ideal tile of Philadelphia and will def use them again for our future tile works.
