They can NEVER get my stuff done on time. Not once. It's always something going on there with someone.
I stopped in here in dire need of FAST dry cleaning for some work shirts. Having only one day off per week makes accomplishing many tasks difficult but Ideal-Shuman happily accepted the challenge. Same day service--washed, pressed and starched. Clothes look excellent and the service was beyond 5 stars. If I could give them 6, I would. In need of quality dry cleaning for your most important garments, look no further. Ideal Shuman is the best around. Ill be a customer for life
These people are rude and clearly did not want my business. I am new to the area and live 30 minutes away. I initially called and explained what I was looking for and the woman who answered ensured me that they could help. I drove up and they were so rude. I walked in and said “Hello, how are y’all doing?” A customer leaving out mumbled something but the young man at the front did not even acknowledge me.
