I rented a Uhaul for my move out of Waco and Uhaul messed up the reservation several different ways. I finally ended up picking up the truck and auto transport trailer at Ideal Self Storageon Saturday morning. Jamie was unaware that Uhaul had divided my reservation even though that wasn’t what was agreed upon. Jamie worked tirelessly to try to resolve this issue and even well after I had left fought Uhaul to get me an extra day rental to compensate for all my time Uhaul had wasted.
