Recommendedwe had a horrible experience after buying a TT from a large competitor of Ideal RV. after having many problems at this other RV dealership, I was at my witts end and called Ideal RV, they were so professional and even helped us get our RV back after being at the other dealership for over 3 months and still not being fixed. I called about a 2010 Jayco camper that was on the website to make an offer. Long story short, I drove 9 hrs. to look at the camper that wasn't even on the lot. Turns out the owner came and picked up the camper to go camping the week prior and the young man I spoke with knew nothing about it. Now I am sure this is a very upstanding RV Center. We took our camper down to have some maintenance work done on it before the camping season. We dealt with John, and he was super helpful, and informative about the things we needed to have checked. He knows his stuff! I would highly recommend this place!
Great service with making a good deal on my NorthStar truck camper. I was in and out back on the road to my home in Michigan very quickly. THANK YOU! An added bonus was meeting the staff who worked on making all the details come thru on a positive happy note! One more thing ... I was surprised on what a beautiful state Arkansas is! And the folks are friendly and very hospitable!
Great products and great service. These guys are always willing to help. I've had to call several times with questions concerning my camper. They always go out of their way to help.
