Completely happy with my roof replacement! The entire process has been excellent! From the moment I met with Tyler he was professional, showed up early, let me know exactly what was found on my roof. Very informative. We set up a date for work and they were out at first light(6:15am) getting to work promptly. Roof was completed same day and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend them for roofing concerns!
Tyler & his team made the entire process super easy. Handled all the insurance nonsense and did amazing work. The new roof looks great, and the crew did a great job cleaning up. My neighbor was also impressed with the finished product and is now in the process of using Ideal Roofing for their new roof. 10/10 would recommend if you suffer any storm damage or just want to replace your old roof.
Tyler was extremely kind & informative to deal with, especially since I am a bit older and handling things on my own. He took care of the details with my insurance company and kept me advised. The roofing crew showed up shortly after 6 AM and did not leave until 7:30 PM. And they did an excellent cleanup job. Tyler also arranged for my gutter repair. I can’t say enough good about dealing with him and highly recommend his business.
Ben and his team did a wonderful job on our roof! Very affordable and clean job. Would use Ideal again and highly recommend for roofing and other exterior needs. Can’t wait to get our gutters done next week! Thanks again, Ben!
