It was really a pleasure to work with someone like William Casey. A storm brought part of a tree down on my roof leading to one entire side of the roof needing repair. I never needed to find a roofer before, but over the years I have worked with enough contractors and done enough jobs myself that I like to think I know how to find quality workmanship at fair prices. Ideal Roofing is a company with integrity and heart. Our HOA has used them numerous times because their work is stellar with attention to detail. Will has come out during emergencies when other companies tell us it will be days before they can attend to us. Bill is a very honest and kind person. Instead of talking me into doing business with him. He tried to save me some money by calling around to find the repair services for my tile roof. Unfortunately no one was available in my local and surrounding areas. His service was fast, professional, and affordable. He did not charge us for few items when replace my roof.
