Excelente experiencia con el servicio, calidad tanto del personal como del vehículo. Me resultó muy fácil y cómodo desde el momento del primer contacto, el cual fue únicamente telefónico (whatsapp). Excelente atención y la comunicación por cualquier inquietud o necesidad fue fluida y clara. El vehículo estuvo limpio y en buenas condiciones.
Horrible experience renting with this company. It is written very clearly in their website that there is an administrative fee of $5 per day if you decide to use your own insurance that meets their requirements. I rented the car for 4 days and I was charged $40, when I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that they divided the insurance in two parts even though my insurance covers both policies. Pick up and drop off was easy in airport parking lot. There are some fees in addition to daily price. Would be better if they were all disclosed at reservation time. Car was nice, clean and still a good value.
