They don't stand behind their work - fly-by-night outfit 2-zone A/C and heating they installed for previous owner 7 months ago (warranty transferred to me), 1 zone now doesn't cool at all, other zone with no cooling in some rooms (including bedroom). They obviously do not stand behind their work and keep postponing warranty service, especially now that is 100 degrees outside, and keep making absurd excuses for non-working A/C.
