Management tries to be reasonable with every tenant. Manager Carlson works on tenants requests as soon as possible, and is always willing to help. Thank you
This company does not get it... They care only about getting their rent. Took a month to fix our dishwasher. They gave us the home filthy, food waste in the fridge, pet stains in the carpet. Dirty paint on the walls. Extremely slow to respond to any needs. Won't fix safety issues until the talk to the home owner in China. Stay away from these people. They are far from "Ideal"!!! Do not rent from these people.
