Do NOT rent from them. They made no effort to clean between the previous tenant leaving and myself moving in. There were multiple items from the previous tenant left that the property managers did not have removed, and as well as stuff left in the fridge they did not clean out. There were multiple issues I had to contact maintenance about immediately after moving in. Do not and I repeat do not rent for these people they are absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional properties are a hot mess I could go on and on and on save yourself some money and simply walk away
I don't know who the owner of this place is.But he's pathetic at best if you can even consider him pathetic.....
Maintenance does not fix anything in a timely manor. They simply put a bandaid on the repairs to. When I moved in there was garbage and junk from the previous tenants. The home was not cleaned as they claimed. It was absolutely disgusting! Maintenance is always no showing after constantly telling you they are going to come by to fix something. I’m really over the unprofessionalism and inconsideration on their ends.
Management is a hot mess and unorganized. They don’t return tenant phone calls. Don’t respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Turns off utilities without any communication or notice. Will & his sister, Liz, couldn’t run a paid parking lot effectively.
