Management is a hot mess and unorganized. They don’t return tenant phone calls. Don’t respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Turns off utilities without any communication or notice. Will & his sister, Liz, couldn’t run a paid parking lot effectively.
One word: AVOID Do not rent from them. You will regret it. I rented through them for one year. It was a pain in the butt to deal with them, their workers, and above all things, their attitude and work ethic. Before we signed the leased, we met with Will (co-owner) to go over the needed repairs prior to moving in. Love the woman who got me the house but beware, the key rings they give you is cheap and I only received one key, my key fell off my keychain on a Saturday I called them for help they gave me the number to a locksmith that was closed…I had to look up how to pick a lock to my surprise I was able to get in myself they were no help, duplicate your keys and get a nice sturdy key ring because you won’t get in your home on a weekend unless you figure it out yourself.
I know it’s hard to come by a place to rent nowadays, but please reconsider renting from these parasites. Even if you document everything when you move in and leave everything the same way when your lease is up, they will still try to come after you for damages you didn’t cause. House was so gross and everything was broken. They won’t fix anything and you can’t get ahold of them.
