Ideal precision is our HOA primary chosen vendor. I am the Board of directors Treasurer in my home community and recommend this vendor for their customer service, materials and labor. Not a job is to small always on time, Gabe Doss the project manager coordinates the projects and schedule, jobs are finished as promised and site cleaning without any debris.

Would not recommend. This company operates no differently then any other of the many roofing companies. They hire the cheapest external tradesman and sub contractors to do unskilled work. The roof, solar, shutters and gutters had to be repaired multiple times to get up to code and to fulfill GAF Gold Pledge. When workers are left alone they will rush and cut corners. My Project Manager, Gabe, was very professional. He came out to complete an inspection and discussed it with me. The contract was thorough and easy to understand. The people on the job made sure my car was out of the garage before work was started. Overall, it was a smooth process.
