Update: Zane contacted my husband and fixed the gap from the sliding where the leak originated. He was apologetic about the delay and did not charge us for the repair. We are happy that the leak is fixed. We are disappointed with this company. They did our roof and gutter after the hailstorm two years ago. That process was great. However, we noticed a leak from the heavy rain over a month ago. We contacted a salesman as our previous contact left the company. We are disappointed with this company. They did our roof and gutter after the hailstorm two years ago. That process was great. However, we noticed a leak from the heavy rain over a month ago. We contacted a salesman as our previous contact left the company. This salesman told us two separate times that he would come check our roof. Well, he never showed up. My husband finally called the company but the response he got was—we will let a team member know and contact you. 👎
