You never know what you're going to get whenever you begin conversations with a new contractor. I could not have hoped for a better roofer to arrive at my door than Mr. Jeff Beasley. He feels like a trusted friend immediately, and you get the sense that he genuinely cares about doing what is best for you. Arturo came out to inspect a possible leak and was able to identify flaws with the flashing install. He did a quick patch up and the issue was resolved on the spot, good thing too, it rained again and I didn’t have any issues. Highly recommend Ideal if you have any issues.
