My parents used Ideal Plumbing Solutions to get their hot water heater replaced last year. They went with this company because they were the only company that got back to them right away. Gideon came out within 24 hours of the call to diagnose the issue, then came back two days later (He had another customer that needed a repair the next day) first thing in the morning and replaced the unit.
