I contacted Ideal Plumbing to come out and check on our refrigerated air unit. They originally gave us a scheduled appointment time, but to our surprise, they were able to come out sooner than expected. We were incredibly grateful, especially with the temperatures being so high. What really stood out was how thoughtful and caring the company was. We recently hired Ideal to repair a sewer line under our driveway. I want to start off by saying they went completely above and beyond during our project and I’m very impressed with their work ethic, dedication and commitment to customer service. During the dig, they hit a cable line that Comcast had completely failed to mark. Ideal Plumbing & Heating is my go-to plumbing company. Clinton usually is the tech that comes out. He is very efficient, polite, communicates what the problem is and how to resolve it. I recently had an emergency with my water heater. Clinton was on a previous job but told me not to worry he would be out to diagnose the problem. We recently purchased a new air/furnace system for my elderly mother from Ideal Plumbing, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. We had an excellent experience with IDEAL for our HVAC replacement. From the sales team to the installation team, (shout out Ron and Kyle!) to the electrical team IDEAL partners with, we were taken care of every step of the way. IDEAL was communicative, and professional, and we won’t be going anywhere else for any of our HVAC needs!
