I love Ideal Ideal has great products and generally knowledgeable and informed staff. If they don't have what you want, ask them and they'll special order it for you. I recommend Ideal to anyone in the south end.
Fun shop with good prices I was introduced to this shop by a friend and am glad to be a new customer. I've shopped here only abut 6 times now, but really am finding myself quite happy with not only the generally low prices, but with the fun & quirky employees. It's refreshing to see a business that doesn't try and press their employee's into a mold. If I wanted generic service, I'd go to one of the big chain stores. I agree not ideal just OK Reviewing yourselves,That's So Sad to see, your just a pet store get over yourselves and learn how to deal ideal. I remember when I first saw you. I thought maybe you'd be a nice person. That was until I realized that, You "dislike me" for some reason. I don't know what that reason is. Honestly, I don't care. I was indifferent to you until the day you got rid of your last manager of 5 years plus from your store maybe cause you did not want her to hurt herself again after her back surgery from liftin... read more
Not ideal, but not horrible I would not label this store as my ideal pet stop, but I also would not put this on the bottom of my store list. Everything about this store is mediocre; the staff seems both knowledgable and inexperienced, prices are range from about average to a little overpriced, and the selection is fairly basic with dabs of specialty here and there. This is the most perfect 3 star store I can think of.
