RecommendedI've been going to Dr. Wright and Ideal Pet Care for 10 years. I would NEVER go anywhere else! He is the most caring an competent vet I've been to and have been taking animals to vets for over 60 years.
We moved here 5 years ago with our two babies and as of yesterday both have passed on. The first one was misdiagnosed and she suffered while Dr Osborn was sticking to her original diagnosis. Our baby (she was 8) passed suffering at home in my husbands arms.....that was 3 years ago. Fast forward to yesterday when our old lady (she was 15) was in her final hours and you cannot for the life of you get 10 minutes in that office to have them help her pass peacefully. Everyone is super nice and professional!
If you care about pet don't bring them here. I will never use them again. You couldn't pay me to bring my pets here. They are the most cold and rude people. My 10 year old chocolate lab got a serious injury Monday morning. I brought him there right at 8 o'clock(when they are open). Dr. Wright and his staff have been the best veterinarian staff we have ever had. we have been a part of the Ideal family since 2001 and feel blessed from it. our Chow's love the staff and Dr Wright has been the most thorough veterinarian when it comes to our dogs care, because he cares and his staff reflects the same spirit! Dr. Wright and his staff has our full trust and confidence.
