Ideal Party Store has excellent customer service. If you don't see right away what you want, ask any of the employees. And if they don't have what you want, they will order it for you. That is how it used to be, and Ideal Party Store understands that.
IF Ideal doesn't have what you're looking � for then just ask and they will order it for you. And if you order a case you get a discount...win win..unless it's seasonal then it's out of their hands. Great place to shop for holidays, birthdays etc.
I ordered my kegs from them with the underatanding that i could return any untapped kegs for 20% less reatocking fee per a worker there. When i went to return the unused and still cold keg i was told they dont do that and im out that money. Worst experience ever!!!
