This store has a lot to choose from. They are very helpful too.
We came to them for our wedding, and from the moment we contacted them they were so helpful in answering questions and helping us figure out what we needed. Mary is so nice and genuinely wanted to get to know you, not just another order. We even had to adjust day of and come pick more up and they made it seamlessly work, and for a fraction of the competitions prices. Would recommend to everyone.
Used to frequent Ideal. Recently I caught on to their price gouging. They mark up beer from existing MSRP based up the rarity or demand for said product. It's one thing to have an amazing selection but it's another to take advantage of the situation based upon rarity and demand. When confronted on the issue the store clerk acknowledged the situation and told me his boss told him to price it that way. Hence, clearly pointing out his management was aware of the situation.
Both Ideal Party stores in Bay city were my favorite craft beer/fine whiskey store for years, but after today's experience, I'll most likely never spend another dime at any Ideal Party Store. There are other options in the area, and they should realize this before they take advantage of customers.
