Apparently the receptionists are too lazy to advise you when you need a referral or whatever. I am disabled and went for my appointment they let me sit and all the sudden she asked me if I brought my referral I said no nobody wanted to tell even tho I called to confirm. My surgery is next week and they were just rude about it. It’s sad bc Dr G. Is one of the best doctors. I recently stated in my last review, that i was fraudulently billed. Thats been resolved/cleared up. I would like to shout out the front desk lady. Ms. Johnson, she explained the billing error in detail. The other front desk lady can learn some customer service skills from Ms. Johnson. The Dr. , also have reached out to me clearing any other concerns I had.We had a conversation that made me more confident in my health team at Ideal PM.
Despite having accepted insurance and making calls daily to get the process moving couldn't get an appointment made over the two weeks of trying. Unacceptable new patient policies.
