I purchased an outdoor grill and bar at the end of January from Ideal Outdoor Living. It is now May and I'm still trying to get all the parts I purchased-they tell you they'll send stuff and they don't. Plus they sent a propane grill instead of the natural gas grill I ordered. I paid for conversion, but need natural gas jets instead of propane and am unable to get them, or information about them, from Ideal. Doesn't honor sales agreement and don't deliver items purchased and put your delivery date off for months because they don't have the product and will not refund your money

I see some folks have had some issues with their purchase, but everything has been great with ours so far. Very pleased with the purchase and we have been enjoying the grill, fridge, and sink next to our pool.

I have been trying to get Ideal BBQ to fix my problems with my BBQ since April 27 they say people are working from home and they can only be contacted by email but I have sent 5 emails and they won't respond back. I have three problems the side burner won't fit in the hole provided. The door is broken and after 4 uses the thermometer is broken. I would not recommend this company.

I put down 50% on $8,000 outdoor kitchen. They never delivered and would not return calls or emails. I filed complaint with the credit card company for a refund. This has been going on for 9 months.
