I really wanted to like this place but trying to get my Sublocade has been nothing short of a nightmare. Its been 3 plus months and all sorts of problems with them and my insurance and the pharmacy. I've made probably 30 phone calls trying to get this taken care of. I shouldn't be the one having to do all the work. Everytime I call and they say they are going to do something they dont follow through. The doctor and nurses and amazing and know me by name. I’m so happy to be on subs because I can love and live life normally now.
