Everytime I have came into ideal options on liberty st in salem its always been very friendly staff helping me. They are always very fast and make you feel heard and very professional I am so glad they have this program to help us. You all are awesome keep up the great work.
5 stars. I transferred to this program from a state funded program & the difference is night and day. I feel supported and heard. Only thing I feel is important to say is they close for the lunch hour . And that’s not listed anywhere that I can find. I went in for an “emergency” issue and they were closed for lunch. Clearly my issue wasn’t that emergent. But just for those who may need to stop by between 12-1 . They’re closed to eat lunch. As they should.
All the staff here is great, Tyler the prescribing doctor is super supportive, and always looking for ways to help. I appreciate this clinic so much. My sobriety journey has been made easier because of people like them.
