Ideal Motor Cars is the most UNprofessional car dealership I have ever interacted with. I bought a car from them and then the nightmare of dealing with their finance department began. I called them 46 (yes I counted) times over the 4 month period it took to get my paperwork sent over to the bank and get me my title so I could put plates on my car. I loved working with one of the managers, Alex, and the other guys at Ideal MotorCars. They had a fantastic deal on a used Ford, which I had inspected remotely before deciding to fly from Utah to purchase. Alex was transparent about everything, worked well with my bank, put new brake pads on the car for me before I bought it and even looked at new tires for me. This was a little over a year ago and the car is great! Thanks Ideal!
