I have been very pleased with the service I have received! 3 yrs ago I had Chris work with me on my right knee and decided to come back after 3 yrs . Asked for Chris to help me with my rehab with a total knee replacement on my other knee.
My providers were Trevor and Alice. Both were very caring and knowledgeable. I have full use of my knee again without having to go through surgery for a meniscus tear.

I just tried calling to see if they accept my insurance so I could set up an appointment. The front desk lady was incredibly unhelpful. I had to ask if she could check on my insurance. When she called back she simply said they don't. I have a unique insurance and typically once I talk to billing it gets cleared up. In this case she seemed to do everything she could to not help me.
