No "You need us attitude" Actually very nice and earthy.I feel like wow the world is changing back to real custmer service. Very nice thank you.
Not ideal. Gate code doesn’t work and had to call back multiple times and still isn’t working.
I wish I could give 10 stars!! Grace was unbelievably kind, considerate and all around helpful! Especially during a somewhat difficult transition, she made me feel hopeful! That’s the kind of customer service the world needs!!
