Beware! This doctor will incorrectly charge you. My co-pay for mental health was $10. He steadily kept charging me a $60 to $80 co-pay every visit until I called UnitedHealthcare, and they told me my co-pay was $10. He is in network. He will be investigated for insurance fraud.
