This company installed my new furnace from an insurance claim. AC didn't work on first use, faulty sensor that they said they would replace. Never heard back and it's been months. First cold days here and the heat doesn't work. Technician called and said they would be here at 8:45 am. Hours later no call / no show, won't respond to calls or texts.
