If I could give them no stars I would. Slum lords. We lived in a unit for 6 years. There was a leak from the roof that they took 2 years to fix. In that time mold began to develop and my wife and toddler son started to get sick. We asked for a Mold test and they refused. We then paid for one out of our own pocket to find the unit was 27X over the safe limit for mold spores in the air. Then they try to charge us for the mold remediation.
