Totally unreliable. Install wasn't complete as some sprinkler heads were not connected and main control unit had to be replaced. Still waiting for him to show back up and fix the sprinkler heads that were not connected. I have been waiting for 4 weeks and he won't return my calls or my builders calls. My advice, find a more reliable contractor as this one probably won't be in business much longer if this is how he treats customers. Broke a handle in the spring. And now he missed his appointment to turn off the sprinkler and temps are falling below freezing. He is undependable.
