Very friendly. They were good about communicating every step of the way. If you have an engagement ring or anniversary ring and need it in a certain time frame be sure to go early to give them enough time to make any custom work. Their custom work is extremely well done and crafted to the specs I needed the ting to be at. If ypu have a budget they are also very good about that also.
