BAD, BAD, BAD BUSINESS – After I have purchased many items from Ideal Jewelers, I trusted them to fix a broken neck chain. All they needed to do is to replace the "lobster lock" Instead they changed my chain for a much thinner and lighter chain. Similar in style but much inferior. When I complained I was pretty much shut up by Randy, the owner, saying that in 20 years they have never made a mistake and it is impossible that now they have. All in all, really bad experience.
