I am writing this review after a frustrating experience with Ideal Irrigation. I was billed for a total of 2.5 labor hours on Invoice 81443, with the company claiming the technician arrived at 7:21 AM based on GPS. However, I have a timestamped screenshot from my doorbell camera showing the technician arriving at 8:16 AM. Edit: knocking off one star for not installing a blowout connector downstream from new Febco 765-1. Can't properly blowout our new system for the winter Professional and quick work to expand sprinkler zone, worked with us at every stage to make sure property lines/etc were considered Also did a great job with aeration, will do future turf maintenance projects through them
Quick and responsive service. Did a great job with my nighscaping project. Also use for maintaining and servicing my irrigation system. Fair prices and great service.
