Although they didn't fix my laptop because of the extent of damage, they offered some great suggestions where I could take it to. Very honest and excellent customer service
What is confusing to me is simple to them. I was having issues with my phone. I came in to talk to the team at ideal irepair for help. They were very helpful. They solved my issue in minutes. Super pleased with the service here.
I wanted a battery replacement and a new charing port for my phone as I was having difficulties with it. On the phone Spencer said he'd like to look at the port before replacing even though I insisted that i checked. I took it in and within 5 seconds he was cleaning out an embarrassing amount of gunk from the phone. Plugged it in and it worked fine.
