I wanted a battery replacement and a new charing port for my phone as I was having difficulties with it. On the phone Spencer said he'd like to look at the port before replacing even though I insisted that i checked. I took it in and within 5 seconds he was cleaning out an embarrassing amount of gunk from the phone. Plugged it in and it worked fine. I was having RAM/Memory issues with my Lenovo Laptop and needed some help/advice. A friend suggested to go to Ideal iRepair. I received a few other suggestions on who to go to for help, however, Nicole was the first to respond to my message on FB and their location made more sense for me.
