Heat Pump This was my first experience with Ideal weather and I found them to be very professional and extremely courteous. I have further equipment to be installed and feel very comfortable that this will be done in the same excellent manner as was the equipment I just had installed. Tom explained everything to me and gave me good information on how to schedule my digital thermostat to get the most efficient system for my schedule. thank you.
Converted from oil to gas, and intalled indirect hot water tank I hired Tom to convert my oil furnace to gas and I also had an indirect water heater installed. Tom is great to work with! Price was excellent and his crew was awesome. They ran into some difficulties the 2nd night, but stayed very late to complete the work and not leave us without heat. I am very pleased with the quality of work as well as the Knight boiler system that Tom installs. I would hire again, as well as highly recommend. .
Furnace Repair Service Tom from Ideal Indoor Weather came to assess my problem right away. He ordered the part and it was fixed quickly and works perfectly now. I would highly recommend his services.
Sloppy Job Everything seemed to be in line when I hired Tom. His references I spoke with spoke highly of him, he was informative in the beginning, and his price could not be beat. But buyer must beware - you usually get what you pay for in the end. Tom may seem friendly and helpful in the beginning (and of course, if money is involved), but unless you pull all the necessary permits for the work, you might just get a sloppy job in the end.
Lightning fast wonderful service I found Ideal Indoor Weather on Service Magic and my my heat pump was fixed the very same day I submitted the project info. Tom did a great job, he was the quickest to follow up and come over in a few hours and fixed my heat pump. I would highly recommend Ideal Indoor Weather's services to anyone. Thank you Tom!
