Weather related adjustments do not appear, to my mind to be fair. The last 12 months have been some of the mildest on record, and the fall was a record, yet we get an enormous bill? Weather variation savings are NOT something Ideal Impact should keep--they say they don't, but our church bills say they do! Wish they would give any consideration to our dispute. They are supposed to care about churches, after all...
