The staff is awful, and if you get your order right, you should be surprised. When I worked there, I was regularly harassed by the owner, and made to take my Iowa State Football poster down from behind my desk. It wasn't a Nebraska poster so I wasn't allowed to have t. It took over 5 months to complete our order. No one called to explain there was a delay. When we finally received the order, our logo was rendered too small, placed in the wrong location and our company name was rendered too small and incorrectly placed as well. This all despite giving them a sample of the uniform CORRECTLY printed by Merchology (who was cheaper, faster and seemed to appreciate the business). We had a last minute fix we needed before leaving for a volleyball tourney in Orlando. It was an oddly colored jersey that was screenprinted with the wrong number (by another company). Ideal images did an awesome match over the number (26) and placed the right number over it (9) in one day. We are so grateful and will definitely recommend ideal images! Thanks again.
Awful to work with. Have placed orders the last 3 years for my son’s team apparel and every year there’s an issue. Last year they told me they would refund me a percentage of my wrong order, never saw it. This year I only ordered because my son really wanted a particular item, and I ordered 2 additional shirts hoping it would be better this time around.
