It has been a terrible experience. They first contact you promising they are there to provide the best service and blah, blah, blah. It’s not a cheap service, so, it makes you think it will happen. They cancelled 3 of my appointments knowing every time they did, my time was ticking and my contract will finish on a certain date. This is going to be a long one. When I first contacted this company in the early parts of this year, I should have known better right off the bat. They were quite aggressive about wanting me to purchase their services THAT day, promising deals that were "one day only". I should have said no, but I didn't. I am pleased with my laser hair removal. JJ is so sweet, friendly and very professional. My first treatment went amazing, I was very nervous but she explained the process to me and made me feel very comfortable. My sessions have been great with her. Looking forward to my next session with her. She is incredible. She is a wonderful nurse, she’s really doing excellent work!!!
